摘要
Preparation of alloy powder, based on titanium, zirconium and hafnium, alloyed with the elements of nickel, copper, tantalum, tungsten, rhenium, osmium and iridium, comprises: (a) mixing oxides of titanium, zirconium and/or hafnium, and metal powder of the above elements with a reducing agent; (b) heating the mixture in an oven in argon atmosphere, optionally under hydrogen atmosphere until reduction reaction is initiated; and (c) leaching and subsequently washing and drying the reaction product, where the used oxide has an average particle size of 0.5-20 mu m. Preparation of alloy powder, based on titanium, zirconium and hafnium, alloyed with the elements of nickel, copper, tantalum, tungsten, rhenium, osmium and iridium, comprises: (a) mixing oxides of titanium, zirconium and/or hafnium, and metal powder of the above elements with a reducing agent; (b) heating the mixture in an oven in argon atmosphere, optionally under hydrogen atmosphere (that forms metal hydrides) until the reduction reaction is initiated; and (c) leaching and subsequently washing and drying the reaction product, where the used oxide has an average particle size (according to Fisher subsieve sizer) of 0.5-20 mu m, a specific surface area (according to Brunauer, Emmett and Teller) of 0.5-20 m 2/g and a minimum content of 94 wt.%.
