The fixture has a guide rail (3) and two lateral rails (13, 14) that are parallel to the guide rail. Each of a set of guide wheels (1, 2) is intended to bear against the guide rail. A bar (15) is intended to be fixed to a guide unit so as to be transverse to a track. A fixing unit e.g. screw, is designed for fixing the bar to the guide unit such that the bar is positioned transversely between and at a level of the lateral rails such that the rails take support on each other during a derailment and/or guidance loss of a guided vehicle. An independent claim is also included for a guidance unit.
