The present invention relates to a spray device 100, in particular for a spray robot for applying liquid insecticides or crop protection, fertilizer or disinfectant solutions. The spray device 100 comprises at least one spray nozzle 110, a water supply connection 120, a dosing device 140 and at least one active substance tank 150. The water supply connection 120 is connected to the spray nozzle 110 via a first fluid line 130. The metering device 140 is adapted to deliver an active ingredient at a mixing point 132 into the first fluid line 130. The at least one active substance tank 150 is connected to the metering device 140 via a second fluid line 160, wherein the first fluid line 130 extends directly from the mixing point 132 to the spray nozzle 110.
