The invention consists of a device intended to protect people from the effects of wind, weather and heat. The apparatus includes a base over which is a movable roof connected to fixed side walls, the side walls having a size-adjustable opening. On the one hand is located on the roof a measuring device for detecting the wind direction and strength, which are connected to a control unit and thus causes a rotation of the surface, so that the adjustable opening is located on the side facing away from the wind and on the other hand is located inside a temperature gauge in that it is connected to a further control device and indicates or lowers the roof and / or enlarges or reduces the opening of the side walls. The inclusion of humidity in the control is possible.
