METHOD, DEVICE AND SYSTEM FOR SELECTING ROUTING SGSN

The present invention discloses a method, a device, and a system for selecting a routing SGSN. The method includes: receiving an RAU message sent by an MS; obtaining information of a CS domain operator of the MS if a cell on which the MS camps is shared by at least two operators; and selecting an SGSN from SGSNs of the CS domain operator of the MS as a routing SGSN of the MS according to the information. According to the method, consistency of operator selection of a CS domain and a PS domain of a same MS can be ensured, thereby reducing complexity of a fee settlement for a user.
