FLOCCULATION TREATMENT AGENT FOR PYROLIGNEOUS ACID LIQUID DERIVED FROM BIOMASS RAW MATERIAL, AND TREATMENT METHOD USING THE FLOCCULATION TREATMENT AGENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flocculation treatment agent for a pyroligneous acid liquid derived from a biomass raw material capable of obtaining flocculation separation water capable of secondary treatment such as biological treatment, and a treatment method using the flocculation treatment agent.SOLUTION: Using a flocculation treatment agent, when being blended to raw water made of a pyroligneous acid liquid obtainable upon drying a woody biomass raw material, flocculation separation water in which the BOD of the raw water is removed by 20 to 40% is obtained. The flocculation treatment agent at least contains the main treatment agent including, as the main components, the oxide of calcium, the oxide of aluminum, the oxide of magnesium and the oxide of silica, and active carbon. By performing flocculation treatment for a pyroligneous acid liquid using the above flocculation treatment agent, secondary treatment such as biological treatment is made possible.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
