PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new film humidifying device and film humidifying system for manufacturing a humidified film, and a new method for manufacturing the humidified film.SOLUTION: Provided are a film humidifying device for humidifying a long film, the device including a chamber the internal relative humidity of which is adjustable, an introduction port for introducing the film into the chamber, a feed-out port for feeding a humidified film out of the chamber, and a plurality of guide rolls for defining a film conveyance path and arranged inside the chamber, at least one of the plurality of guide rolls is movable guide roll the position of which is movable, the moisture content of the film being adjusted by adjusting the position of the movable guide roll, and a film humidifying system that includes the film humidifying device. Also provided is a method for introducing a long film into the humidifying device and manufacturing a humidified film, the method including a step for changing the length of a film conveyance path inside the humidifying device and thereby adjusting the moisture content of the humidified film.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
