PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening/closing member movement number-of-times counter that can simplify a structure, and provide an opening/closing device with the counter.SOLUTION: A shutter curtain opening/closing movement number-of-times counter is the opening/closing member movement number-of-times counter for counting opening/closing movement number-of-times of a shutter curtain 1 being an opening/closing member. The shutter curtain opening/closing movement number-of-times counter comprises: a counter body 21 disposed in a seat plate 1B of a shutter curtain 1, having a permanent magnet 22 being a reactant, and including a shutter curtain movement number of times counting part being an opening/closing member movement number of times counting part for counting the opening/closing movement number of times of the shutter curtain 1; and a permanent magnet 22 disposed in a lintel member 12A for forming a lintel 10 being in the vicinity of a shutter box 5 being an immovable member, and being an acting body for reacting the permanent magnet of the shutter curtain movement number of times counting part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
