PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a perceived elasticity evaluation apparatus, a perceived elasticity evaluation method, and a perceived elasticity evaluation program capable of easily and accurately evaluating the perceived elasticity of the skin.SOLUTION: A skin index calculation part 4 calculates as skin evaluation indexes the presence amount of the lustrous portions of the skin in a captured image and the presence amount of the wrinkle portions of the skin in the captured image. A perceived elasticity evaluation part 5 evaluates the perceived elasticity of the face skin of a subject on the basis of the skin evaluation indexes calculated by the skin index calculation part 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
