PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mooring system capable of coping with a water-level fluctuation that can keep a draft of a floating body constant against a long-period water-level fluctuation of a tidal level or the like, and suppress rolling and pitching of the floating body accompanying a short-period water level fluctuation due to waves, etc. with regard to the floating body floating on the water surface.;SOLUTION: A mooring system capable of coping with a water-level fluctuation includes a floating body 10 that floats on the water surface, loading means 20 provided in the water for giving a predetermined draft to the floating body 10, lever means 30 for applying the load of the loading means 20 to the floating body 10 using the lever, and mooring means 40 for mooring the lever means 30 in the water, and maintains the predetermined draft to cope with the water-level fluctuation.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
