PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present a use of a land according to the inhabitation status of animals and plants.SOLUTION: A computer is caused to execute processing to accept the input of information that identifies a region, refer to first information in which change characteristic information showing the characteristics of a vegetation change of a land and change plan information showing a change plan for the land are associated with each other, and output change characteristic information showing the characteristics of a vegetation change of a land included in the region and the corresponding change plan information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 14
