PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate the effect of biological preparations for patients with rheumatoid arthritis, to find highly reproducible biomarkers that can be used when selecting optimal drugs thereby, and to provide an effective evaluation method.;SOLUTION: The present invention provides a method for selecting a drug effective for patients with rheumatoid arthritis among bDMARDs having TNF inhibitor, tocilizumab, and abatacept, the method comprising measuring the expression levels of one or more genes selected from an inflammasome-related gene group, one or more genes selected from a B cell specific expression gene group, and one or more genes selected from a NK cell-specific expression gene group, calculating the therapeutic effect prediction score of each drug for the patient, and comparing the therapeutic effects of each agent, in the peripheral blood samples derived from patients with rheumatoid arthritis.;SELECTED DRAWING: None;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
