PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method to completely prevent discharged soil (dredge soil) from occurring.;SOLUTION: A work ship 1 equipped with a tower-type loading housing 5 is used for securing water depth of sea routes and others. A high-density rod-like vertical drain is disposed in the loading housing 5 and the loading housing 5 has lifting, vacuum and pneumatic, repeated loading and electrode functions for the drain. Water depth is secured by ultrafast consolidation settlement of seabed. Consolidation increment load is based on vacuum consolidation method. Clay moisture holding force reducing elements, which make use of electrochemical property of the clay and combine electric disturbing method that electrically disturbs the clay and wave method of excessive pore water pressure due to repeated load, are added to the rapid consolidation.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
