PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a package belt line-drawing apparatus, even when a writing instrument changeover mechanism advances/retracts only one coloring writing instrument, requiring the number of writing instrument changeover mechanisms less than the number of holding parts of coloring writing instruments in a writing instrument holding mechanism.SOLUTION: A package belt line-drawing apparatus 10 includes: a writing instrument holding mechanism 30 capable of holding a plurality of coloring writing instruments 60; and a writing instrument changeover mechanism 20 for advancing any of the coloring writing instruments that reaches an engagement position. The writing instrument holding device 30 holds a rotating body 33 including a plurality of writing instrument holding parts 34 in an axially-rotatable state. The rotating body 33 is equipped with the writing instrument holding parts 34, 34,... in a state of advancing/retreating about a rotation axial center and in a state of being energized in the retraction side and, in rotation, circulatingly moves the writing instrument holding parts 34, 34, .... The writing instrument holding mechanism 30 includes a rotation drive mechanisms 23-25 and rectilinear drive mechanisms 26-28, and advances a coloring writing instrument 60 of the writing instrument holding part 34 that reaches the engagement position 11, to take a line-drawing posture.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
