PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicament comprising as an active ingredient a sustained human growth hormone preparation having suppressed prolactin-like activity and having a long half-life in the blood as compared with 22K human growth hormone.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, there is provided a fusion protein comprising a human serum albumin part and a 20 K human growth hormone part, the fusion protein having growth promoting activity.
