PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding type cold and heat insulation box capable of improving assembly efficiency.;SOLUTION: A folding type cold and heat insulation box 100 is a box which can be folded, and comprises: an exterior member 101 which is formed into a box shape; and a plate-state heat insulation member 111 which is arranged along an inside surface of the exterior member 101.
