PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame body with cloth which does not limit a place for embroidering, can be easily carried, can omit time for disposing the cloth in tension, and can maintain the tension state of the cloth suitable for embroidery; and to provide a device for manufacturing the frame body with the cloth and a method for manufacturing the frame body with the cloth.;SOLUTION: A frame body 1 with cloth includes: a plate-like frame body 10 with an open hole 13 formed approximately in the center part thereof; cloth 12 having elasticity such that the quantity of displacement in a pressing direction at any pressing point in the open hole 13 in the state of being disposed in tension on the frame body 10 shows a value within 0.1-0.5 mm at a prescribed pressing force within a range of 0.8-1.6 N; and a sticking layer which is provided on one surface of the frame body 10, and on which the cloth 12 can be stuck.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
