PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently share information on accidents.SOLUTION: A business support device for non-life insurance comprises: an accident information registration unit for registering accident information accepted from an agent terminal device used by an agent of the non-life insurance: a storage unit for storing a plurality of participants handling accidents in association with the accident information; a screen transmission unit for generating display information on a message exchange screen for the accident information to transmit it to a participant terminal device used by each of the plurality of participants associated with the accident information by the storage unit; and a message registration unit for registering a message accepted from the participant terminal device via the message exchange screen in association with the accident information. The screen transmission unit generates the display information on the message exchange screen displaying the message in a distinguishable manner for each participant using the participant terminal device having transmitted the message.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
