PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a backache protective band capable of reliably protecting a lumbar at a desired position of a wearer by adjusting a fitting position to a trouser body.SOLUTION: A backache protective band 31 is detachably fitted to a lumbar part of a trouser body 1a. The backache protective band 31 is provided with fitting position adjustment means 71 capable of adjusting a fitting position to the trouser body 1a in a height direction substantially at the center of a protective belt body 32. The backache protective band 31 can be detachably fitted to the trouser body 1a by the fitting position adjustment means 71 and thus can adjust the fitting position according to the position of backache.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
