PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve non-linearity of a vibrator at its low speed range and realize a sufficient attenuation of the vibrator at its high speed range by its simple configuration.;SOLUTION: A hardening hydraulic device 20 applied to a hydraulic damper 4 of a vibration control structure 1 comprises a main body part 21 and a spool valve 22. The spool valve 22 comprises a first valve part 27 for controlling an area of a first opening 23a where hydraulic oil can flow, a second valve part 28 for controlling an area of a second opening 24a where hydraulic oil can flow, and a shaft part 29 for connecting the first valve part 27 with the second valve part 28. The first valve part 27 controls an area of the first opening in such a way that an area of the first opening may become low as a first pressure is increased due to motion of the spool valve 22.
