PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to discriminate whether or not the blade of a wind turbine generator system got a thunderbolt, in the case where said wind turbine generator system got the thunderbolt, and to specify what portion of said blade has got the thunder-stroke, when the blade got the thunder-stroke.SOLUTION: An electric current to flow in an in-blade pull-down conductor 26a is detected individually at a leading end side position and at the base end side position of a blade 23, and an electric current to flow in a tower body 21 is detected at said tower body 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
