PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrocardiogram analyzer capable of relatively easily examining an autonomic nervous function such as the baroreceptor reflex of a patient by performing frequency analysis of RR intervals before and after occurrence of PVC (Premature Ventricular Complex).SOLUTION: An electrocardiogram analyzer includes: an electrocardiographic data acquisition part 21; an RR interval data acquisition part 22 for acquiring RR interval data; a detection part 23 for detecting the PVC with a compensatory pause; a first extraction part 24 for extracting a plurality of RR intervals at an occurrence of the PVC and before/after thereof; a second extraction part 26 for extracting a first RR interval group consisting of RR intervals before the occurrence of the PVC, and a second RR interval group consisting of RR intervals after the occurrence of the PVC; a first analysis part 27 for performing a prescribed frequency analysis for the first RR interval group; a second analysis part 28 for performing a prescribed frequency analysis for the second RR interval group; and a comparison part 29 for comparing a first analysis result obtained by the first analysis part 27 with a second analysis result obtained by the second analysis part 28.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
