PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide cosmetic composition for making up and/or caring for skin and/or lips, the composition comprising at least one organopolysiloxane elastomer powder coated on silicone resin, an organopolysiloxane elastomer carried in a first oil, a wax, an organic lacquer, and a second oil, the elastomers being present in a specific mass ratio.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, there is provided an anhydrous cosmetic composition for making up and/or caring for skin and/or lips, the composition being liquid at 20°C and comprising at least one fatty acid phase in a physiologically acceptable medium. The fatty acid phase comprises: at least one organopolysiloxane elastomer powder coated with silicon resin; at least one organopolysiloxane elastomer carried in a first oil; at least one wax; and at least second oil. The organopolysiloxane elastomer and the organopolysiloxane elastomer power coated with the silicon resin are present in a mass ratio of higher than 2, preferably higher than 2.5 on the dry basis of organopolysiloxane elastomer/organopolysiloxane elastomer powder coated with silicone resin transported in oil.SELECTED DRAWING: None
