PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation tool that is manufactured at low cost, can be used by a person with an injury in a finger, and can be attached to a member of a straw, for example, for usage.;SOLUTION: The present invention provides an operation tool for a capacitance-type touch panel made of a conductive material, which includes: a fixing unit for fixing the operation tool to a finger or an object; and a contacting unit for contacting with the touch panel, the contacting unit having an area that the capacitance-type touch panel can sense. The area is an area that can cause a change in an electrostatic capacity at a position where the contacting unit touches the touch panel.
