PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indirect evaporative air-conditioning device and an indirect evaporative air-conditioning method capable of efficiently performing air-conditioning of a large space.;SOLUTION: An indirect evaporative air-conditioning device 1 comprises a core laminated unit 30 with a plurality of air-conditioning core sections 20 arranged in a vertical direction at intervals. In each air-conditioning core section 20, wet channels to cause a vaporization phenomenon and dry channels to allow cooled air to flow therein are alternately arranged with base plates separating the wet channels from the dry channels.
