PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intercom system suitable for the user of portable communication terminal to respond under an environment where it is difficult to speak, in an intercom system capable of remote unlocking by using a portable communication terminal in place of intercom master unit.;SOLUTION: An interphone 10 transmits notification data NF to an authentication server 20 in response to depression of a call button. In response to reception of the notification data NF, the authentication server 20 performs authentication processing and transmits a call notification CR to a portable communication terminal 30 of alternative call destination based on the authentication results, and then connects the portable communication terminal 30, transmitted a response request Req for this call notification CR, and the IP slave unit of the interphone 10 to enable video calling. When a routine sentence response mode has been set, the portable communication terminal 30 performs indirect responce using a routine sentence voice message, previously registered in the own terminal, in the telephone conversation with the IP slave unit.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
