PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fill-in-the-blank question preparing system that can be realized by a computer system and that can be introduced with a relatively simple configuration without requiring a large initial investment.SOLUTION: A fill-in-the-blank question preparing system 1 includes: a user terminal 10 having mark-up document generation means; and a server system 20 having fill-in-the-blank question document generation means, the mark-up document generation means converting a document as a learning target into a PDF format, generating a mark-up document with an arbitrary position marked up, and sending the document to the server system 20, and the fill-in-the-blank question document generation means forming a mask of an object or a form field having a predetermined frame line and background color in the marked up region in the received mark-up document, creating a document of a fill-in-the-blank question with the region covered with the mask, and returning the document to the user terminal 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
