PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a molecular imprint polymer having a specific recognition space extremely high in selectivity and sensitivity to a target protein, the molecular imprint polymer having the specific recognition space extremely high in selectivity and sensitivity to the target protein, a plasmonic chip containing the molecular imprint polymer and a method for detecting the target protein by using the molecular imprint polymer.SOLUTION: The molecular imprint polymer has a plurality of post imprinting compounds and a plurality of fluorescence reporter compounds introduced into a specific recognition space thereof by using a reactive group of a molecule constituting a target protein.SELECTED DRAWING: None
