PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant design support device, a plant design support method and a plant design support program capable of easily designing a plant which is the optimal in the aspect of cost.;SOLUTION: A plant design support device 1 comprises: a database 30 in which a thermal apparatus list and a thermal apparatus system list are stored; an extraction part 41 for extracting a thermal apparatus or a thermal apparatus system matching an input condition of a user by referring to the thermal apparatus list or the thermal apparatus system list; a selection part 42 for selecting the thermal apparatus matching the input condition of the user in the thermal apparatus system extracted by the extraction part 41 by referring to the thermal apparatus list; a design part 43 for designing a plant candidate on the basis of the thermal apparatus extracted by the extraction part 41 or the thermal apparatus system extracted by the extraction part 41, in which the thermal apparatus has been extracted by the selection part 42; and a trial calculation part 44 for performing trial calculation of costs of the plant candidate designed by the design part 43.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
