PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel column leg capable of assuring a horizontal joint surface of a steel column to a top end of a base post when a base concrete is installed, with a degree of fixation being raised.;SOLUTION: A steel column leg includes a base concrete 21, an anchor bolt 22, and a template 23. A threaded portion of a plurality of anchor bolts 22 provided upright is provided with lower nuts 24a, 24b which are a reference of height, and further, a bolt hole 231 provided at the template 23 is inserted. Horizontality is adjusted and assured with the lower nuts 24a, 24b. A concrete is installed in such a manner as an upper surface of the template 23 and a top end of the base concrete 21 are aligned at the same height, for integration.
