PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sponsor evaluation device, sponsor evaluation method, and sponsor evaluation program capable of determining an illegal sponsor.SOLUTION: A sponsor evaluation device of a present application includes a receiving unit and an evaluation unit. The receiving unit receives submitting of advertisement information from a sponsor. The evaluation unit evaluates the sponsor, on the basis of the elements of a submitted pattern of the advertisement information by the sponsor and action information of the sponsor after the submitting of the advertisement information, which are included in information related to the sponsor having submitted the advertisement information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
