PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a special screw attachment/detachment tool and a special screw attachment/detachment tool unit are provided which are given, as a basic structure, a structure capable of allowing a simultaneous use with a fastening tool and a structure capable of being developed to a structure usable also as the fastening tool, and which can prevent a special screw from being dropped at the time of attachment and detachment.;SOLUTION: A screw holding portion 12A formed of an elastic material and having a substantially cylindrical shape is mounted to a bar-shaped gripping portion 11 for gripping and operating a special screw attachment/detachment tool 1.
