PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of quantifying 8-hydroxy-2'-deoxyguanosine, which enables high-sensitivity detection of low-concentration 8-hydroxy-2'-deoxyguanosine.;SOLUTION: A method comprises: feeding a solution containing 8-hydroxy-2'-deoxyguanosine into a first reverse-phase column 1; eluting 8-hydroxy-2'-deoxyguanosine from the first reverse-phase column using a water-based solvent; transferring only the eluted 8-hydroxy-2'-deoxyguanosine fraction to a second reverse-phase column 2; refining the 8-hydroxy-2'-deoxyguanosine in the second reverse-phase column; and measuring and quantifying the refined 8-hydroxy-2'-deoxyguanosine using an MS/MS/MS.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
