PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy saving level determination device capable of grasping whether energy saving level of target equipment is correctly determined or not.;SOLUTION: An energy saving level determination device 100 includes a determining unit 11 for receiving an integration value of power consumed by target equipment 900 for a predetermined period and determining the energy saving level of the target equipment 900, and an input unit 12 for inputting a dummy value to the determining unit 11. The determination unit 11 is configured to determine the energy saving level based on at least one of the integration value and the dummy value. When the dummy value is input, the determination unit 11 determines, as the energy saving level of the target equipment 900, one of a first energy saving level as the energy saving level based on the integration value and a second energy saving level as the energy saving level based on the dummy value.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
