PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink station assembly for a can decoration machine for solving a mismatch of an ink film and a problem caused by an outcome thereof.SOLUTION: An ink station assembly 200 comprises: an ink reservoir 202 for providing supply of an ink 400; a distribution roll 206; a call roll 208; plural vibration rolls 210, 212 having a longitudinal axis 214, 216, and vibrating in a cross direction along the longitudinal axis 214, 216; plural transfer rolls 218, 220; a printing plate cylinder 222 containing a printing plate 224; and a single form roll 230 for coating the ink 400 to the printing plate 224. A diameter of the single form roll 230 is larger than that of the printing plate cylinder 222, before the single form roll 230 rotates by one rotation, the printing plate cylinder 222 rotates by one rotation. Therefore, all parts of the single form roll 230 do not contact the printing plate 224 by twice or more times for one rotation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
