PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a damage detection system that can suppress erroneous determination of presence/absence of damage due to noise and an abnormal value in damage detection of a structure, and a damage detection device, a damage detection method, a program and the like.;SOLUTION: A damage detection system 100 comprises: a physical quantity sensor 110 that detects physical quantity information corresponding to an angle of inclination of a structure; and a processing part 120 that performs averaging processing of the physical quantity information and obtains inclination angle information of the structure.
