PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support determination of a proper arrangement of a bone in a living body during a surgical operation.SOLUTION: A surgical operation support device comprises: a storage part for associating three-dimensional data of a first target bone which is one of two surgical target bones which are divided, with positional data of a first marker fixed to the first target bone and storing, associating three-dimensional data of a second target bone which is the other of the surgical target bones which are divided, with positional data of a second marker fixed to a second target bone and storing, then associating three-dimensional data of a reference bone which is reference of a normal positional relationship between the first and second target bones, and partially overlapped to the first target bone, with the positional data of the first marker and storing; an imaging part for imaging a video containing at least, the first marker, second marker, and an affected part containing the surgery target bone therein; and a display part for, using the data stored in the storage part, according to a change of the relative position of the first marker and second marker, while changing the display of the first target bone and the second target bone, superposing and displaying the first and second target bones to the imaged video containing the affected part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
