PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize an arrangement of a movable hydrogen station while taking a movement of a user of a vehicle such as FCV into account.;SOLUTION: An arrangement plan creation methold for a movable hydrogen station 22 is a method for creating an arrangement plan of the movable hydrogen station 22 within a zone 100 including multiple areas α1 to α100.
