CONCRETE ANTI-PEELING MATERIAL WITH WATER CONVEYANCE FILM AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD AS WELL AS CONCRETE ANTI-PEELING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete anti-peeling material with a water conveyance film, the material that has a sufficient load bearing performance to the peeling of a concrete piece, has inexpensive and good workability having a water conveyance function, and can be used for an anti-peeling construction method of a tunnel, and provide its manufacturing method as well as a concrete anti-peeling method.;SOLUTION: A concrete anti-peeling material 10 with a water conveyance film is provided for being fixed in a concrete face to prevent peeling of concrete from the concrete face, and for conducting water leakage from the concrete face into the lower part. The concrete anti-peeling material has: FRP grid reinforcement 100 formed by disposing a reinforcing bar being fiber reinforced resin in a grid pattern; a net-like object 3 provided at one side of the FRP grid reinforcement 100, and having a square smaller than the square of the FRP grid reinforcement 100; and a water conveyance film 4 having a thickness of the net-like object 3 at the side opposite to the FRP grid reinforcement 100 of 0.01-0.1 mm.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
