PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a sintered Nd-Fe-B magnetic substrate containing no heavy rear earth element.;SOLUTION: A magnetic substrate high in magnetic property is obtained by pulverizing quick cold coagulant thin section containing no heavy rare earth element after a hydrogen treatment to D50=2.0 to 3.0 μm by using a fluid bed type opposing type jet mill, adding a certain content of a lubricant and the mixing them, press molding under a condition of a certain magnetic field orientation and finally conducting a heat treatment under a certain temperature. The used magnetic powder is a normal magnetic powder containing certain contents of Pr-Nd, B, Al, Cu, Ga, Co and the balance Fe.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
