HEAVY RARE EARTH ELEMENT DIFFUSION TREATMENT METHOD FOR Nd-Fe-B SYSTEM SINTERED PERMANENT MAGNET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heavy rare earth element diffusion treatment method for a Nd-Fe-B system sintered permanent magnetic material that increases utilization of heavy rare earth elements and is easy to perform.;SOLUTION: The method includes: applying an organic adhesive 2 on both surfaces perpendicular to a magnetization direction of an Nd-Fe-B system sintered permanent magnet 1; spreading a heavy rare earth powder 3 uniformly on the organic adhesive 2 under a protection condition of inert gas; removing the heavy rare earth powder 3 not adhered to organic adhesive 2 and uniformly adhering the heavy rare earth powder 3 to the surfaces of the organic adhesive 2; and performing a diffusion treatment and aging treatment under vacuum or argon gas conditions.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3;COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT
