PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the degradation of detection accuracy even in cases where a particle detection sensor vibrates.;SOLUTION: A particle detection sensor 1 comprises a light projection element 111 and a light receiving element 121, and a signal processing unit 20 for processing time-series signals indicating outputs from the light receiving element 121 and thereby calculating the mass concentration of particles included in a fluid.
