PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition that effectively alleviates ischemia-reperfusion injury.;SOLUTION: According to the present invention, in one embodiment, the composition for alleviating ischemia-reperfusion injury comprises a c-Abl tyrosine kinase inhibitor. The composition for alleviating ischemia-reperfusion injury may be a solid organ preservation solution.
