PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an autoclaved lightweight concrete slurry preparation method which can obtain autoclaved lightweight concrete slurry by a simple preparation method and can adjust to an arbitrary time a semi-curing time until the autoclaved lightweight concrete slurry becomes an autoclaved lightweight concrete cake having a desired hardness and a cuttable time when the autoclaved lightweight concrete cake can be cut with a piano wire.SOLUTION: An autoclaved lightweight concrete slurry preparation method adjusts a semi-curing time since autoclaved lightweight concrete slurry is poured into a form until the autoclaved lightweight concrete slurry becomes an autoclaved lightweight concrete cake cuttable with a piano wire and a cuttable time when the autoclaved lightweight concrete cake can be cut with the piano wire by changing the mixed amount of cement according to the mixed amount of quicklime while keeping the mixed amount of quicklime of autoclaved lightweight concrete slurry at a constant value.SELECTED DRAWING: None
