The selection unit 14 accepts information for designating at least one specific apparatus 30 or branch circuit selected from apparatuses or branch circuits used in a dwelling house 20. The acquisition unit 11, from a measurement device 33 for measuring a consumption per unit time with respect to a resource consumed by the specific apparatus 30 or branch circuit, acquires the consumption.
