PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonoriented electrical steel sheet used for an electric motor such as a motor capable of reducing iron loss and usable in a high frequency region, and to realize the smooth rotation of the motor.;SOLUTION: By repeating at least two times of cold rolling-annealing before producticization, and a crystal grain size before the two times of cold rolling, a cold rolling rate and the subsequent annealing conditions are performed under fixed requirements to provide a nonoriented electrical steel sheet for high frequency suitable as the iron core of a motor in which the anisotropy in the sheet face is reduced, and the energy loss by iron loss and the energy caused by the instability of rotation are reduced, being controlled by high frequency current from about 400 Hz to 20 kHz.;SELECTED DRAWING: None;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
