PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waveform analysis method and a waveform analyzer capable of analyzing biological signal waveform data taking into account an influence of a respiratory variation without changing the shape of an original waveform of the biological signal waveform data.SOLUTION: A waveform analyzer 1 includes: a biological signal waveform data acquisition unit 22 configured to acquire biological signal waveform data; a respiratory waveform data acquisition unit 21 configured to acquire respiratory waveform data; a determination unit 23 configured to determine an expiratory phase and an inspiratory phase from the respiratory waveform data; an extraction unit 24 configured to extract predetermined waveform data corresponding to the expiratory phase and predetermined waveform data corresponding to the inspiratory phase respectively from the biological signal waveform data; a first waveform analysis unit 25 configured to perform predetermined waveform analysis for the extracted predetermined waveform data corresponding to the expiratory phase; and a second waveform analysis part 26 configured to perform predetermined waveform analysis for the extracted predetermined waveform data corresponding to the inspiratory phase.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
