PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable quantum energy to be transmitted in various forms in performing treatment by quantum energy.SOLUTION: There is provided an LED beam treatment device 1 consisting of a penlight in which quanta such as photons, electrons, quarks, and neutrinos are irradiated to the LED at a predetermined cycle so that quantum information is stored. When the LED is lit, light 3 is radiated, and quantum energy 22 is superposed on the radiated light and conveyed to a region to be irradiated. When a living thing is exposed to this, its tissue is activated, blood circulation is accelerated, and an affected part healing effect can be enhanced. By blinking the light 3 like reference codes 31, 32, and 33, effects can be further enhanced. By using light as transmission means in this manner, quantum energy can be transmitted up to ten-odd meters, or the quantum energy can be transmitted in various forms such as by inserting the light into a body cavity.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
