PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ocular fundus image processing device, an ocular fundus image processing method, and a program capable of accurately and easily analyzing deformation of an ocular fundus part using a plurality of ocular fundus images.SOLUTION: Two ocular fundus images with different imaging dates on the same patient are input in an ocular fundus image processing device 1. A control part 11 unifies an image size and direction of the ocular fundus images, and creates a blood vessel emphasizing image. The control part 11 first executes linear consistency processing by affine transformation with the image of the older imaging date as a criterion, and the image of the newer imaging date as a correction object. The control part 11 then displays a grid for correction in the reference blood vessel emphasizing image and the blood vessel emphasizing image subjected to the linear correction (affine transformation), and receives a deformation operation for the grid. The control part 11 deforms the blood vessel emphasizing image non-linearly (non-linear consistency processing part 27) according to the deformation of the grid. The control part 11 analyzes the deformation of the ocular fundus based on an amount of the deformation of the grid.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
