PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a travel plan generation device, a vehicle, a travel plan generation system and a computer program capable of creating a vehicle travel plan which optimizes energy consumption.SOLUTION: A travel plan generation device comprises: a route identification section which identifies a route from a current position of a vehicle to a destination; a traffic information acquisition section which acquires traffic information on the identified route; a road information acquisition section which acquires road information including a gradient of the road related to the route; an electric power estimation section which estimates discharged electric power and generated electric power on the route on the basis of a vehicle travel state according to the acquired traffic information and road information; a required electric power calculation section which calculates required electric power to be generated and recommended electric power to be discharged on the basis of the estimated discharged electric power and generated electric power; a remaining electric power calculation section which calculates remaining electric power of a storage battery on the route on the basis of a calculation resu and a generation section which generates a travel plan including a travel mode of the vehicle on the route in accordance with the calculation result and the calculated remaining electric power on the route.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
